Mr. Vrushank Mehta
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Vrushank Mehta is a renowned Private Equity and RE Development veteran with over 16 years of industry experience with Companies like IL&FS PE and The Wadhwa Group. Before joining Ground Holding, he was heading Investments and Acquisitions at R Retail Ventures (JV between Warburg Pincus & Runwal Group for foray into Commercial & Retail RE). He has worked across the entire life cycle of both Fund Management & Development. His expertise is in Deal Sourcing & Structuring, Portfolio Construction, and Operational Transformation. He has successfully led a pan India Private Equity investment pool of ~ $ 250 mn for various Real Estate Equity Strategies. He is a master’s degree holder in finance from NL Dalmia Institute of Management & Research, Mumbai.
Mr. Alhad Pachchhapur
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Alhad Pachchhapur is an industry veteran, with over 32 years of integrated experience including 28 years with foremost realty brands like Kalpataru and Sunteck Realty. He has delivered a diverse range of real estate projects, from uber-luxury to mid-segment residential, retail & commercial, from project conceptualization to final construction, across various micro markets. He is a qualified Civil Engineer.
Mr. Amit Mohta
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Amit Mohta is a Chartered Accountant with rich experience of over 25 years with leading Corporates like Indorama Group, Mahindra & Mahindra, Equinox Realty (Essar Group) and Fosun Hive. He is experienced in the entire gamut of Finance & Accounts, and has handled Business & Project Evaluation, Strategic Business Planning, Capital Structuring, Investor Relations, Compliance, Accounts, Taxation, etc. over the years.
Mr. Rohitt Naik
Head – Regulatory Affairs & Business Development
Mr. Rohitt Naik has a prolific experience of over 15 years, working for Consultants and Developers, with expertise in Municipal Approvals. He headed the regulatory and business development verticals of reputed organizations like S. V. Thakker & Associates and Developers like Omkar Realtors and Kanakia Spaces. He is focused on underwriting new projects and all project-related approvals from Government agencies.
Ms. Dilnawaz Bhagalia
General Counsel
Ms. Dilnawaz Bhagalia is a solicitor by qualification with over 21 years of legal expertise. She has previously worked with eminent developers like Sheth Developers, K Raheja Corp, etc. She has insightful experience of handling legal matters for the entire spectrum of real estate businesses like land acquisition, development agreements, litigation, and RERA compliance.
